Teacher Tonic Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Teacher Tonic CPD package ("Service"), operated by Teacher Tonic Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing and accessing our Service, your school agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Details

This agreement is governed under the laws of the United Kingdom.

2. Licence and Access
Upon payment, your school is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Teacher Tonic CPD package for a period of 12 months. The licence includes:

· Access to training videos

· Downloadable resources including PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoints

· Live webinars (which may not be recorded or redistributed)

3. Payment and Duration
The cost for the Service is currently £299 per school for a one-year period. This fee is an introductory offer and may be subject to change at the time of renewal. Access is auto-renewed annually unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date.
No refunds or cooling-off period are offered.

4. Usage Restrictions

· The CPD package may only be used by staff within the purchasing school.

· Sharing of login credentials, training materials, video content, or downloadable resources with other schools, organisations, or individuals outside of the purchasing school is strictly prohibited.

· Live webinars must not be recorded, shared, or distributed in any form.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through the Service remain the intellectual property of Teacher Tonic Ltd. Users may not reproduce, share, sell, or modify the content without prior written permission.

6. Data Protection and Privacy
Teacher Tonic Ltd may collect and process personal data including names, email addresses, and usage data to provide and improve the Service. All data is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.\

7. Breach of Terms
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access without refund. Teacher Tonic Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal or financial action in the event of unauthorised sharing or use of the Service.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered users via email and updated on our website.
